New Year, New Blog??

Happy New Year!! It's a new year and a long time since I've done a blog post, almost a month. I've been soooooo busy getting stuff ready and sent off to Pace and then the chaos of Christmas came and Nick is here!!! :D So yea I've been busy. Outside of all the Pace stuff I surprisingly have been busy doing nothing but relaxing :) I realized that this is my first real vacation since I was studying through summer and then into the fall for my GMAT test so now is my first vacation in about a year.

I went to watch a jazz show here called Christmas Jazz that was held on the lawns at the Prime Minister's residence which featured Melinda Doolittle from American Idol.

It was a really good show and thankfully it didn't rain much. Then like a week later I went to Carol's by Candlelight held and the same place.

Of course we got there late and only stayed for about an hour. Then came Nick which is probably the real reason why I haven't sat down to do a blog post in the past couple weeks. I've also been reading a bunch of books. I finally started reading the Elemental series by Brigid Kemmerer. 

It's a really good series, but of course not as good as the Lux series in my opinion. I like how the books are all written from a different person's perspective which gives the story more meat to it. It also makes it an option for guys to read and not just girls. I have like one more book available in the series to read and then I have to find yet another series.

Business School wise, classes start on the 27th and move in day is the 25th with orientation on the 22nd so things are falling into place. All I have to do is start to do some reading to get back in the frame of mind to do work. Blog wise, I think this is my last post for this blog. It's been way more than 3 months and I think I've accomplished what I wanted to do. Time to move onto the next one :)
